What is the process and what to expect?
- Login to your employee members site by clicking the schedule visit button above
- Schedule your appointment
- Receive confirmation email with a Zoom link
- Join Zoom on scheduled date and time
How many visits do I get?
Your company has pre-paid for you to receive one visit a month.
What if I need more then one visit in the same month?
If you have used your pre-paid visit for the month, you have the option to pay for your own visit through the concierge service.
What about my spouse or other family member?
Your company pays for this benefit.
What about my child?
At this time, we are not seeing patients under the age of 18.

Each physician that you will see is board certified and licensed in your respective state.
